The EDC Terminal

Cyprea Card Centre was the first to provide Electronic Data Capture Terminals (EDCT) or POS machines to our customers.

The EDCT features a multitude of functions including on-line authorization, checking for lost or stolen cards, and online printing of credit card receipts and reimbursement of all transactions.

An EDCT transaction takes place within 3 - 5 seconds, during which data is transmitted from your outlets to the cardholder's issuing bank where the data is verified and authorization made, and back to your outlet for completion of transaction.

Since our services are developed with your convenience in mind, even our POS terminal or EDCT are equipped to accept Visa, Master and JCB cards.

Timely Reimbursements through our own Software

Knowing the importance of timely reimbursements, we have developed our own program or software to process speedy reimbursements. This software provides details of funds remitted to the customer's account and sends a confirmation via e-mail automatically.

Settlements made before 2.00 a.m. will be reimbursed to you the same day, around 10.00 a.m. after which you will be advised via email or fax.

E-Commerce - High-tech solutions for your business

With the help of our partners HSBC, we now offer an Internet based Payment Gateway that could be linked with your website enabling the guests (who want to visit your resort) to make their payments online through HSBC's secure server.
